Hey! My name is Ian and i’m looking for 2 roommates to help fill out a house on the top of Bradley Street next year with leases starting on June 1st. I am a low key guy and usually out of the house working, snowboarding, fishing, backpacking, or hiking. I am clean and organized but don’t have issues with varying levels of cleanliness. Typically I get up around and sometimes come home late due to work but I am quiet and won’t disturb those who are in bed earlier as my current roommates do .

The house is at the top of Bradley street and is less than .2 miles from UVM campus. Rent is $ per person and we only pay for electrical and wifi which end up being around $ per person. Heat is included and strong in the winter! The house comes with 1 parking spot in the back lot and permit parking on Bradley street through the town. It also has a coin-op laundry machine in the basement and union street laundry mat is right down the road. please feel free to reach out and ask some more questions!
