Looking for someone to take over my lease for a 2BR/ bath apartment located on E th Ave. It’s a newly renovated apartment with all modern amenities in unit. Pet friendly. Additionally, security deposit would NOT be required since it would be a lease transfer.
Free street parking is available and revered parking on for a fee. Campus and City bus stops are less than a minute walk away.
