Hi! Room opening up in our cozy 3 bedroom house. Near downtown and city park! Fenced back yard and lots of parking. Currently myself- Joelle (F, ) & my roommate Ryan (F, ) & two kitties living here. I am in Vet tech school and working & Ryan is an ER nurse. We’re both pretty busy but love to hang when we both have time off and are looking for someone to join our little home in January! The room available has a shared bathroom , big closet & great natural light! Lease can be flexible - mainly looking for a good fit! Rent is $ + utilities.
