Condo in Scottsdale

My roommate Brandon and I are looking to fill one spot in our -bathroom condo just north of Old Town Scottsdale at the start of Jan - Jan . We have been living here for 2 years and are looking to continue to stay. With the loss of our third roommate, moving out of state, we have one spot available. We are looking for someone clean, respectful, friendly, and reliable. Brandon work in real estate, working most of the week . I works as a chef, typically working from noon to throughout the week.

The room is decent-sized, with a closet, and has a shared bathroom (With me). Rent will be $ monthly plus utilities on a -month lease. Reach out if you are interested.
