Great room in nice modern home

I have a room for rent in Springfield delco. I am a 2 min walk from the trolley and there is plenty of parking. The house has two living room areas and a great back yard with a pool. Preference for a male roomate and must be pet friendly as I have a dog. $ a month all utilities included. This is for one adult with no children. The room has two closets, ceiling fan, two windows, and currently has a bed and desk which could be removed or stay. The house has two full bathrooms. Neither would be private. I am a single male in my early s and I’m the only person living here other than the dog. Pm if you have any questions and tell me a little bit about yourself. This is a non smoking house.
