Hello , My name is Martin. I work a full-time job resurfacing tubs, countertops, and cabinets. I’m a clean, organized person who likes things neat and in order — I’m definitely routine-oriented and like keeping my space tidy. I enjoy cooking and eating out after a long workday, and I usually spend weekends catching up on laundry or getting outdoors.

I’m looking to move in with someone who’s responsible, clean, and respectful. Ideally, the place would have a bit of extra storage for my small boat and some tools. Preferably a spot in the garage . I don’t party and prefer a calm home environment. I occasionally smoke, don’t have pets.

I’m also pretty handy and don’t mind fixing small things around the house. Having a room with a connected bathroom and utilities included would be ideal. I’m easy to get along with and always willing to help out.

I would bring with me my personal items , tools , my personal truck , my work truck , and my twelve ft jonboat , i offer free rides offroading and boating if we get along
