Looking for a roommate to take the second bedroom in this .5 bathroom townhome. The lease runs until July . You will have to submit an application to Southgate in order to be approved and added to the lease. There will be an opportunity to resign in January .

The bedroom is on the second floor. The room has a ceiling fan and is connected to a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The bathroom has a vanity sink, bathtub/shower, and toilet. The walk-in closet is spacious and has plenty of shelves and hanging rods.

Both bedrooms and the in-unit washer and dryer are upstairs on the second floor.

The main floor has the kitchen, living room, and half bathroom.

The kitchen has plenty of mugs/cups, plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans and cooking utensils. There is also a dishwasher. Plenty of counter space for cooking and bar seating.

The living room is spacious; it is carpeted, has a fireplace in the corner, and a door to the back deck. There is a large L-shaped couch and tv.

There is a parking spot available in the 2-stall garage. There is extra parking behind the townhouse near our mailbox and free street parking in front.

The neighborhood is pretty quiet. There isn’t a yard, but there is a lot of green space across the street and behind the house. We’re right off Mormon Trek, so it’s a quick drive north to the Coralville Strip or south to Highway . The University of Iowa hospital is a -minute drive away. A 2-minute drive or -minute walk will take you to Walden Square where you’ll find groceries and restaurants. Willow Creek Park is less than a minute walk away. There are a lot of bus stops around our block.

We pay for water, electricity, and internet. The cost of utilities varies every month, but altogether it is usually between $ per person. So along with the rent, we each would pay approximately $/month.
