Looking for someone kind, considerate, and easygoing to share my -bath home in a wonderful Dunedin neighborhood — quiet, safe, and close to everything Dunedin has to offer including the community center and the Pinellas Trail. You’ll have your bedroom with full sized closet a private bathroom and the option of a second room that can be used as a personal office, creative space, or cozy reading room — whatever fits your lifestyle best.The home has a spacious living room, dining area, large Florida room, laundry, a full kitchen with dishwasher, and a fenced backyard with lots of storage between the garage and large shed out back. I do have a service dog, so sadly no other pets can join the household — but she’s a sweetheart who doesn’t shed and is great company.We would be splitting the rent which is $/person. Lawn care is included. We would split electricity, internet, water & trash. I’d love to chat and see if it would be a good match.
