Looking for a housemate - or rooms with a shared bathroom available starting November three-bedroom townhome in Northeast Denver. The rooms can be rented individually, but the ideal situations would be two women who want to live together with another early-twenties female!

The home is a 3-bedroom townhome close to DIA and CU Anschutz, and less than 5 minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, a gym, and more. The common areas, including living room, dining room, and kitchen, are furnished and well-stocked. Your other housemate is a wonderful PhD student who enjoys hiking, camping, and all things outdoor exploration!

The rooms are north-facing bedrooms with a full hallway bathroom. One room has a generous walk-in closet along with built-in shelving, and the other has a double-wide closet and is currently furnished with a full bedframe and mattress, standing desk, chair, and dresser. Both are north-facing and have excellent light throughout the day. Each is $/month and includes utilities. If both rooms are rented together, the price will be reduced to $. Ideally, the lease would be through fall/winter .
