Hi!
I'm looking for somebody to take over my tenancy at 4 South Road because due to personal circumstances I won't be in Lancaster to make use of it this year.

The house is built for 8 people with only 4 other tenants currently living there so it is very spacious with plenty of kitchen storage space each. There are 3 bathrooms to share with the other tenants. It is only a short walk from the city centre and supermarkets with great connections thanks to the bus stop directly outside. This bus route can take you straight to campus with a bus expected to arrive every minutes or so.

I got first choice in selecting rooms so you would be taking over the largest room in the house with a double bed, 2 radiators, a large desk and office chair, a wardrobe and drawer set, a small sofa (can seat 2 comfortably), an entertainment unit and an ethernet port.
The contract is £/w bills included but has been completely paid for until the start of December so once the contract is handed over you can move straight in. The final end date of the contract is .
