I’m a responsible young woman with a tiny, well-behaved Dachshund puppy (potty trained and an absolute angel). No evictions, and this would be my first time renting a home.

I always pay on time, keep my space clean, and can pay first month’s rent upfront. Just hoping to find a landlord who values reliable tenants & payments paid on time over credit scores. It’s not that I have bad credit. It’s just that I don’t really have any credit.
