Room for rent in bath

I'm looking to fill my room in a bath apartment in south Natomas. You would be living with my roommate (girl in s) and her kitten. Apartment complex in safe area near bike . Has gym, 3 pools, tennis courts, reserved parking spot. Rent is roughly $ including utilities. Room and bathroom will not be furnished but some furniture in living room and kitchen. Looking for someone to move in by the end of the year/early January. Lease ends September .
