Quiet 4 bedroom home that is currently shared by three housemates who are looking for a 4th in Northridge, CA.
Also home to 2 elderly dogs who are very calm and nice. There is a shared bathroom (shared with 1 other) with standing shower and deep standalone tub. Washer and dryer on-. Gas and electric/water/sanitation bills are separate. Near lots of food and shopping options. Room does not come furnished as pictured, but a futon is available for use if needed. Street parking is abundant and available.
