Hi everyone! 🌿

I’m looking for a room in an all-female home for a January move-in. I’m a single female year old student and I’ll start studying at York this winter term.

I’m calm and tidy, and I like to keep things clean and comfortable at home.

I’m open to anywhere that’s TTC accessible and under an hour to York. My budget is up to $/month, ideally with utilities, and I’d prefer a furnished room.

I appreciate a friendly, respectful household with tidy shared spaces. I love hanging out with friends, cooking etc but also really value my space. I’m pet-friendly and would actually prefer it if you have cats 💕
