Looking for a female roommate

My current roommate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to join me on a new lease starting mid January at Devonshire Pl, in Downtown Boston.

THE APARTMENT: Its a B, gets tons of light, is super spacious (+ sq ft), is recently renovated (open kitchen, modern appliances / bathrooms, etc.).
