Hey! I have an available room mins from Sac State. In need of someone to move in asap! It’s located in a shared two story house (upstairs room). Rent would be $, plus utilities, smud, WiFi, and lawn - every month.
There are 4 cats in the house already and 5 roommates!

House includes:
Shared kitchen, garage, laundry room, downstairs area/living room, backyard, shared bathroom with shower (upstairs, right across room), and a downstairs bathroom
