Upstairs bedroom(s) available for rent. There is a bathroom up there as well that would pretty much only be used by the renter, my office/game room is upstairs but that’s the only reason I go up there. There is also a bonus space that could be set up as a tv area or something. Master bedroom is on the main floor so upstairs is fairly private. I have two dogs that are very friendly, additional pets are negotiable. There is a neighborhood pool, comes with a dedicated parking space, small home gym in the garage, walk in closet.
