Hey! I’m planning to rent out either my room or the living room(photo) in my apartment — we can figure out what works best. Rent does not include
electricity or internet, which we can split about .

I’m , work Monday–Friday , and I’m usually out and about on weekends (except during football season when I’m basically at home watching the games or at a bar).

Looking for a chill roommate who keeps things clean and is respectful of shared spaces.
