My roommate is moving out at the end of October and looking for someone new to move in! Jersey City Heights.

November 1st move in but flexible! (December/January) Amazing location Gym around the corner, a ton of restaurants, stores supermarkets close by I walking distance to downtown Hoboken. The lease ends it January but we would also be resigning the lease to go from January-January of next year.

5 min walk to 9th street Lightrail, bus stop right outside that goes to Port Authority! mins to manhattan, 1 HR to Brooklyn by public transportation. $ month + Utilities. Laundry in building!
