Available on November 1st. Looking for a friendly, respectful, clean roommate to share a beautiful apartment with 2 private baths, in the highly sought-after area of Toluca Lake, close to North Hollywood/Burbank. I would like to state up front that my most important requirement is the person I find to move in stay long term, a year preferably, 6 months at minimum.
In addition, the building manager requires all tenants / renters sign a lease agreement as well. I also have cat so if you are allergic this may not be a good option for you.

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The room for rent has 2 closets and overlooks a beautiful backyard with a pool and jacuzzi. The apartment itself also has a nice balcony/outdoor patio in addition to a secure, gated subterranean parking garage with 2 spaces.

A little about me:
I consider myself to be a friendly, easy-going creative working professional. I’m a big animal lover; I have 2 very sweet cats but I keep my place clean. I work full time and I like to play music and cook (not a vegetarian) but a roommate that is veggie or vegan is not an issue for me.
