Hi, my name is Amber SAHM of a 4 yr old. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Houston/ Cypress You’ll have free range of the living room, kitchen, and laundry area. WiFi included. Electricity will be evenly split. ⚠️OPTIONAL: If you can provide at least 6 month of work, no evictions, no criminal record with a valid ID/ license then I can add you to the lease so you’d have full access to the amenities like the gym and pool (summer time). If you have a pet they need to be updated with shots and there’s a pet deposit plus extra that add on to the rent. If you don’t want be added to the least the no pets allowed.
