***Lease Takeover – B Apartment at Bloom Apartments (starting end of Sept, or beginning of Oct, , whichever you prefer, through June , with possibility of continued renewal)***

Hi all! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at Bloom Apartments in Bloomington. This is available. Please only inquire if the timeline and conditions work for you.

Monthly rent is $ (which is a price I have locked over the years with my employer discount and a total steal) and includes internet, water, valet trash removal, and parking. The only utility you pay is electric through Duke Energy.

***You'd have to pay a $ delegation fee upfront (I am willing to cover $ of it), and you'll get back my $ security deposit when you leave, so you'll get all your money back at the end!***

It’s a quiet, sunny unit and a perfect spot for anyone who wants peaceful views of nature with lots of natural light. Great location, pet-friendly, and close to IU and shopping. I am really sad to be leaving this unit because it is fantastic, but I am relocating to another city for work.
