This is a brand new home. It is set up in a dormitory Style living. All common areas game room, Living room, Kitchen, laundry room are all accessible by all roommates. Each bedroom has a keyed entry and is accessible only by the one renting the room. Room includes twin bed, dorm size refrigerator, full dresser, full closet, Wi-Fi, and Roku TV. Kitchen is equipped with all cooking utensils, plates, silverware, dishes. All rooms are move in ready. This is a drug and alcohol free rental. If you're interested you can contact me at
