My roommate and I are looking for roommates for a minimum ONE-YEAR lease to fill the 2 rooms shown in the pictures (Pictures are Room 1 and pictures are Room 2). The house is in Malden right off the main street. The monthly rent is $-hundred and + Utilities and the room is available on July 1st. The house is part of a duplex, so we have two private entrances which makes package delivery easy. There is off the street parking. The house has the following amenities:
- In unit washer and dryer.
- 3 shared bathrooms (1 full bath, 2 half baths) and 2 private bathrooms (both full baths).
- 4 floors with around two-thousand sqft.
- Baseboard heating and wall mounted AC units in each room.
- Large storage room in basement with shelving.
- 1 Gb per second WIFI.

Regarding pets we do have one cat, but we ask that no one bring any additional animals.
