Disclaimer before anything else. I have two young daughters who live with me half the time, so if that is a hard no for you, I understand. There is a hallway bathroom that can be yours privately if you choose. At it currently stands there is a California king bed in there with a small bed side table and small storage desk in the room, so if you desire furnished that is a possibility. I can remove if from the room if you wish to provide your own things. You also have unlimited access to a large living room, dining room, office, kitchen, and large pantry/laundry room. There is a refrigerator in the pantry as well if you wish to keep your things separately. There is a decently sized backyard with covered patio if you like sitting outside, the sun comes up in the front, so mornings are always cooler out back. There is parking for 4 vehicles on the driveway, and the garage includes an electric vehicle charger in case you have one of those vehicles. As far as roommate preference, because I have young girls with me, I feel it is better to have a female roommate. You will not be asked to babysit them, and if you have animals, they will give additional love to them. Asking $ for rent and all bills included.
