Move-in available starting April 1st (flexible, later into April works too)

💰 The Details:

Utilities are approximately fifty dollars a month

Deposit: 1 month's rent

Lease: 7 months (until October 1st) then month-to-month

Street Parking available, with potential for a dedicated spot if one opens up

Laundry in-building with 2 washers & 2 dryers (never a wait!)

Quiet, small building – just twenty units
