Hello everyone!

I am moving out of my University flat in Austen House YUGO this summer and are looking for someone who can take over in September.
The renting period is from September and it is possible to rent during the summer for a fee. This flat is located in the city centre, with supermarkets, malls, gyms and street food is only a couple of minutes away.

Solent University is located minutes away on foot.

My room is a classic en-suite (see pictures), with a private bathroom and a kitchen which is shared with 4 others students. This room have a beautiful view over the neighbourhood and the morning sun shining through the blinds. The bed is a small double. Additionally, it has storage space under the bed and a big closet. Additionally, if I can leave some stuff behind to make the move in process easier (e.g., bed linen, drying rack, kettle, frying pan, over mattress, ect) with no additional fee.

The weekly rent for this room is £ (utilities included) and if you are an international student, you would have to pay the annual fee at once.
