Room for rent in Mound, MN

ISO: Respectful roommate to share my home with. Looking for someone to move in soon-ish. Preferably female, but this can be negotiated - also, would ideally have a stable career and be generally enjoyable to be around.

I live in a two bedroom townhome in downtown Mound with a quaint patio, 2-car garage, and cold storage attic above the garage. There is a kayak pulley system on the garage ceiling if you have a kayak, as well as a wall bike hanger. My home is within walking distance from the Dakota Trail, Jubilee, Lost Lake Creamery, and the Mound Parking Ramp, as well as twenty minutes from Minnetonka and half an hour from downtown Minneapolis.

There are two bathrooms: half bath downstairs and full bath upstairs that we would be sharing; however, the upstairs shower/toilet room is separated from the sink room - so, no need to worry about getting ready in the mornings. Room dimensions and home details are listed below.

No smoking, illegal drugs, or loud parties. Must be okay living with a small, hypoallergenic dog named Ozzy (puppy pic included 🐶).

Rent is $/month, plus we would split the HOA. Your HOA contribution is $/mo, but this has been known to change year to year. Utilities included in the rent are gas, electric, water, internet, recycling/waste management, hulu, and disney+. A $ security deposit is required before move-in.
