Rental Options and Pricing Individual Bedrooms (Furnished) with Shared Bathroom: $ per month Beds: Each bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed. Bathroom: Shared hallway or basement bathroom. Master Bedroom Suite (Furnished) with Large Private Bathroom: $ per month Bed: King-size bed with an electric adjustable base. Bathroom: Private ensuite bathroom equipped with modern amenities, including a bidet.

All bills/utilities are included, covering water, internet, electricity, etc. The house is fully furnished with TVs in the living room and basement, dining table, fully functioning kitchen, couches, and in-house laundry facilities.

Shared Living Spaces Living Rooms: Two separate living rooms with comfortable couches and smart TVs. Kitchen and Dining Area: Fully equipped for meal preparations and dining. Office Area: An adjustable office desk and chair, perfect for remote work or study. Exercise Equipment: Includes a treadmill, yoga mat, and exercise ball.

Additional Details Deposit: A one-month refundable deposit of $ is required. Rent: Due on the first of every month. Parking: One garage parking spot is available for an extra fee, with free off-street parking also available.
