Room for rent

Description

Single room in a 3 bedroom house for rent. Includes a parking space, a big, fenced backyard, garage with a separate entrance, and backyard shed. Current tenants are , so a roommate between the ages of is preferable. A single tenant would be preferred, but we are open to renting to a couple if the fit is right. Clean, quiet and polite people only please, this is not a party house. Pets are negotiable with pet deposit given that they get along with the current cat and dog. Any damage done to the house due to the animal is the pet owner’s responsibility to pay for and fix. Rent is for one person, for two people. Other bills (water, gas, internet, etc) are split evenly between tenants.
