We are looking for an open minded individual that is good with living in a relatively open floor plan (loft living. My room is the upstairs loft with just a barrier of plants and rattan. Works for me.. downstairs rooms have walls and doors ), please do not work from home and likes to travel for work or play. This loft lay out works best when all housemates are on the move often. My work keeps me out of town days a week. Sometimes away for months (currently in the travel cycle)
Not set on a female , but is a plus. Heavy sleeper a plus. (Wish list: Motorcyle mama(there is parking for a bike) creative, film industry, alternative lifestyle, seasonal festival workers or restaurant / bar industry peeps) age preferably no pets Strong sense of community, the occasional party is nice.
