I’ve lived in NYC years in an apartment by myself and my landlord just increased my rent by $ 😱 so I have to be out my may .

I’m ideally looking to have my own bathroom and live with someone (or multiple people) who are clean, straightforward, responsible and kind.

The absolute dream scenario would be to live with someone who could take care of my cat when I travel (which is about once a month). I would be willing to pay more than my share in rent in return.

I make a solid amount of money and have a great credit score. I have a steady and reliable job which I’ve had for over 5 years.
