BA + Loft Apt in DT Stamford

I’m looking for a roommate to join me in this stunning, newly renovated -bath apartment with a spacious loft, two balconies, plenty of storage, and in-unit laundry room. It's really bright and cozy. The apartment is in a small condo building just a -minute walk from downtown Stamford.

I’ve lived here for a year and absolutely love the location and the space. My current roommate is relocating for work, so I’m looking for someone to move in on March 1. I'm hoping to find someone around my age (early 's) that's clean, respectful and easy going (I am also these things.) I work from home so I'm home during the week. I love to read, go to the gym, travel (I do quite a bit), and pickleball. Would be nice to be both roommates and friends.
