AWESOME ROOM IN 2BR HOUSE

Hello! Seeking roommate for 1 bedroom and bathroom starting JAN 8TH / ASAP or FEB 1ST in a fantastic bathroom house on Pebblewood Drive off of Truxel in South Natomas. Rent is $ a month NOT including utilities: PG&E, SMUD, WATER & GARBAGE, & XFINITY WIFI. Total move in cost is $ deposit. Credit check preferred, but not required. Proof of employment required. Previous landlord or roommate references preferred.

Room has clean queen mattress and bedframe but can be removed for your own. The room is large with 2 large closet spaces and has bathroom directly outside the bedroom door. Tall ceilings in room and throughout the house. Bathroom would be used primarily by you the roommate, unless you or I have company over, which would have access. So you’d basically have your own bathroom. Though said bathroom must be kept clean and presentable at all times as a common use bathroom. I would only be using my private bathroom inside the master bedroom.

House is furnished with tasteful and funky furniture & art, etc. Unfortunately there's no room for more furniture, etc. in living room or kitchen space.

Washer and dryer inside of garage. Workout and weight station available in garage as well. No personal storage will be available in garage as is being used. Parking available for 1 vehicle in driveway or on street.

I'm in my ’s and am Mexican-American. Originally from Santa Cruz, I've lived in SF for years and have been in Sacramento for 5 years. I'm a big foodie and music lover. Am a restaurant refugee and have worked in various roles in front of house. I love to cook when I have time, am clean, and know how to clean. Kitchen and common spaces must be kept clean. I'm patient, mellow and respectful of other peoples space, and also love to share space and enjoy a meal together if the occasion comes up.
