Roommate URGENTLY NEEDED

I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease for the remaining of the year. I am a recent graduate and won't be needing this space. The room I share is a other male roommates. You will have a spacious room and your own bathroom and walk-in closet. Parking is available and the house is also dog friendly. They also have an in ground pool, hangout area, study area, and gym. The base rent is + whatever is used for utilities. The roommates I have are very good and serious about their studies. The complex is located on the bus route for Texas State as well and is 5 minutes away from campus. The apartment comes furnished as well and there is a hiking trail located within the apartment complex as well.
