Two roommates looking for new house

Hi, I’m looking for affordable housing with an easy commute to DC (near a metro). I have a cat but she’s fine living with my parents as she has been for some time. Two bedrooms needed as I want to keep living with the other roommate at my current house, we keep to ourselves but are friendly. Current living situation has unsafe circumstances and we are both ready to move on. Pay on time. Budget is around sixteen hundred.
