Looking for a roommate to take over my
roommate’s portion of the lease.
The lease ends in August of this year.

In beautiful Del Mar/ Carmel Valley! Down the street from Pavilions and walking distance to One Paseo and The Del Mar Highlands.

It is a bath property in the Del Mar Villas. The master side is currently vacant.

The apartment is on the second story and has steps leading up to it. There is no ramp access.

The apartment complex is called the Del Mar Villas! There is a pool, gym, sauna, tennis courts that you will have key access to.

There is a mail key and multi access key to these recreational areas that comes with the lease.
There is uncovered parking that anyone can park in adjacent to the apartments. There is also one spot dedicated to our apartment that I am more than happy to share.

The kitchen has a gas stove top, lots of pantry space, and a very nice fridge!

I am
quiet, clean, and am a full time healthcare worker. I love to explore San Diego, read and run. Preferably a female roommate. Looking for someone similar!
