Rent is $ plus utilities (electric, internet) which usually run between $ depending on the month. Nice & attentive landlord. $ security deposit. Not pet friendly.

About Us
We're all respectful ladies in our 's with varying schedules & careers (writer, fulfillment rep & music teacher). We like to keep clean common spaces & share monthly cleaning duties as well as basic house neccesities (hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, etc).
