Rent is $, utilities included, pets can be approved prior to a meet and greet with the current two house dogs. Lease is month to month and no deposit needed. The two current roommates are trans, queer and friendly so we would need someone compatible with that. Other than that, it’s a nice house with a fenced front and back yards and laundry in house!
