chores for reduced rent

I’m a woman, looking to rent a room, in San Francisco, for reduced or no rent. In exchange, I’m willing to do tasks around the house, such as cleaning, laundry, etc.
I was born and raised in S.F., and I’ve lived with roommates for more than twenty years, from all walks of life. I don’t have pets. I don’t drink, smoke, or do drugs. I’m quiet, and I clean up after myself.
I’m looking for roommates that are like-minded. I need a place near public transportation, as well as critical businesses. I am okay with living with a dog, so long as he/she is friendly and well-mannered. If you have a dog, I’m open to walking him/her as part of my reduced rent tasks.
Although my move-in date is flexible, I’d prefer to move in, on, or around Jan. .
