ISO of roommate or a room to rent

Description

I’m a year old professional looking to move down to Sarasota/Bradenton area. Got a job offer for a boat company down there and only thing stopping me from accepting is finding a place to live. I’d be working so I’d be out of the house from more than likely and potentially will be working on the weekends at night as a bouncer for extra cash. I don’t smoke, only drink occasionally and have no pets. Spend my free time either fishing, out with friends or around cars. If you have any other questions please feel free to message me!
