Cozy 2 bedroom. I travel for work so I'm very rarely here.
This is a clean and fully-furnished apt that includes your large bedroom, living room, and office/storage room. There is a washer/dryer in the apt. The apartment is in a friendly, safe co-op building on 4th floor (walkup).
You'll have access to a mountain bike located in the basement bike room. No pets, no cigarettes please.
Ideal roommate is quiet and clean.
Flexible move-in date. Max stay is until September .

Included in rent: heat/hot water.
Other utilities (internet, gas, electric) are shared when I'm present.

5min walk to the th/B'way stop). min walk to A/B/C/D trains (th/St. Nicholas stop). min walk to Columbia University campus and steps away from the beautiful CUNY campus.
Supermarket and cafes nearby. Plenty of great restaurants and bars including ROKC ramen & cocktail spot, Harlem Public with hit-the-spot pub food, Fumo and Oso, modern Italian and Mexican. Enjoy the Riverbank State Park with its athletic/aquatic center and easy biking downtown along the Hudson River promenade.
