Description

Renting two shared rooms in an independent cottage with a shared bathroom in the West Portal area, just 1 minute away from the MUNI station, minutes bus ride to SFSU, around the corner from a commercial strip where you can find local cafes, restaurants and markets.
The area is family friendly and very safe, as well as within reach of many natural sites such as Twin Peaks, Stern Grove, Mount Davidson and Ocean Beach. You may also easily reach any corner of the city due to the proximity to the MUNI station.
The cottage consists of two bedrooms with bunkbeds, a shared bathroom and dedicated workspace. We offer:

- 5 month lease, available from January 1

- $/month per person

- $ utility fee, covering:
- wifi
- kettle
- microwave
- fridge
- heating
- water and electricity consumption
- coin operated laundry is available in the cottage for $3 per load

- $ as security deposit

Along with what is listed above, you will have access to a shared outdoor space. The cottage is situated in the backyard of an over hundred year old victorian house, where we and other students live. So if you will need anything, we will be there for you.
