Rent a room, and enjoy a house with views to downtown and Mt. Rainier (on a clear day). Rental includes a large private second-floor room, which has an adjacent and private full bath. The room has a twin bed, night stand, lamp and fan. Includes an in-house washer and dyer, a mostly stocked kitchen, and some storage. There is a second half bath on the main floor. The house is lightly furnished. Along with the room, the rental includes square feet of living space between the main level and the bedroom floor. My room is in a finished basement. The yard is a rare gem in Seattle and is terraced. It has downtown and Harbor Island views from the top terrace. It is a short, easy 5 minute walk to the C-Line and immediate access to the West Seattle Bridge. Easy walk the Alaska Junction, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, QFC, Starbucks, LA Fitness, the Y, restaurants and much more. Parking is available and free. The move-in fee is a key deposit and is fully refundable.
I also have a gym set up in the garage. I am the home owner, and I work in Seattle; my family (wife and children) are currently living out of state to care for aging family. I travel back and forth each month. Personally, I am an avid sea kayaker and love being outdoors. Hoping to find a roommate who is kind, and responsible. Thank you.
