Room for Rent

I’m looking to rent one unfurnished room to one person available now in a remodeled home located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood in Rancho Cordova off of Zinfandel and Hwy . Easy access to Folsom, Sac State, and Downtown. Rent is month to month, hundred per month all inclusive,
first and last down plus a three hundred dollar
deposit.

I work in finance. I stay busy with work and friends. I'm friendly but do my own thing. I'm a night owl but am respectful of others and maintain and clean home. I have one cat. She's chill. Does not go into the roommates rooms.

The ideal candidate would be non smoking (both cigarettes and weed), working professional, very clean, and respectful of others.

The House: bedroom/2 bathroom. Room: ~sq. ft Closet: ~sq. ft. Remodeled. Washer/Dryer in garage. The main living area has hardwood floors and tile, while the bedroom is carpeted. Bedroom closet is pretty large. Cable TV and high speed internet access are available. I have a small backyard.
