The house is a newly renovated bath with a bonus room and pool. House located in a nice suburban neighborhood in North Phoenix, next to Paradise Valley. There are hiking paths and parks within walking distance as well as many restaurants and grocery stores near by.

Both me and my roommate are looking for someone who is also a clean individual that is looking for a room asap. We are years old and both graduated college over a year ago with current professional jobs.

All furniture and appliances around are welcomed to be used as much as wanted. The bedroom itself is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is already furnish.
