Spacious, quiet, and clean room/apt

Description

I have lived alone in this apartment for almost three years and I am looking for a clean, left leaning, animal loving and responsible roommate. I work from home with occasional field work so someone who works in office/hybrid is preferred. No pets. I have 2 cats and a pigeon. Everything is fully furnished except the room you'd be moving into it. I have plenty of plates, cups, and household items we can discuss later. Rent is $ a person, internet is $ a person, and electricity varies but it's usually $ in the winter and more expensive in the winter. There is a pool and people rarely use it, it's awesome. Laundry room is downstairs. Bathroom is spacious, I have a removable shower head with a filter and a bidet. My home is inclusive and welcoming, no bigotry of any kind will be accepted. I prefer to not have strangers or over night guests for my own safety and my pets. This is subject to change as I get to know you and potential guests. I have a boyfriend but he never spends the night because he has dogs to take care of.
There is no dish washer but I've never had a problem.

I love on the 2nd floor and it's basically a private entrance.
