Description

Rent includes utilities and security & pest control, so that is total you'd pay monthly that is listed. I have two dogs and a cat but they stay primarily downstairs and cat is primarily in my room. Your room would be upstairs, all yours with a bathroom down hall, all yours. Laundry room across your room, you'd have a parking spot in my garage and fridge garage can be emptied in time for personal use. I work from home as well. We stay stocked on groceries and keep the house cool in summer and warm in winter. We cook large meals usually, so we are happy to share. It's my mom and I, my mom speaks Thai and English :). Down payment/move in fee is refundable upon move out if no issues with areas of occupancy. Let me know at Rolinachi at G if interested.
