Subleaser needed for January - June

Hello, I’m a third year looking for a subleaser for my room from January - June (Winter and Spring Quarter) because I am going abroad. It is a single room and rent is $ (not including utilities). The house has two girls and two boys living there (all of them are third years). The bathroom will be shared with the two girls. There is free parking and no pets allowed. The house is near the Whole Foods, Grocery Outlet, and Safeway. It is minute drive to campus. It’s a quiet neighborhood.
