I'm looking for a clean, responsible woman to share my spacious, recently-renovated townhouse in northeast San Rafael with me.

You will have:

- one full bathroom with nice vanity, toilet and hardwood floor

- beautiful and spacious (more than sq. ft.)
- 3 bedrooms and bathrooms
- a ' sunny rooftop deck with open space views
- nice kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, and stainless steel appliances
- large living room with fireplace and lots of sunlight
- in-house washer/dryer
- Wi-Fi and cable ready
- very safe area, next to transportation, easy access, close to Northgate shopping center and hiking trails

Me:

I'm single/Asian/female/straight with no pets or children.

I'm also a mature working professional in my s. I have a very full life and always on the move.

You:

- full-time working professional woman or student aged
- financially stable and work outside the home
- don't bring the party or overnight guests home
- kind and respectful to me and neighbors
- don’t do large amount of cooking daily
- don't smoke, do illicit drugs or drink excessively
- keep common areas tidy and clean
- willing to sign a month-to-month lease

If interested, please tell me as much as you can about yourself and have a credit report and three references ready. Rental application and background check will also be required.

Due at signing the lease: first month rent $ (utilities included) + security deposit $

Sorry, no pets and no wearing shoes (except slippers) in the house.
